I am excited that I can share some behind the scenes with you. A glimpse into my business and what I do. In this case the project is a turf rebate design that works simply like this. I meet with the client to get a sense of what they are looking for. Naturally, I will give them ideas based on my design experience. Then I measure the site, create a site plan and begin designing.
For turf rebate designs, the design is free to the homeowner. This however means that there are restriction. The water district must review the drawings first, before the homeowner can see them. There must be a sustainability feature and 3 plants per 100 square feet.
