LIVING GREEN ON 319

When it comes to designing "GREEN" landscapes or interiors some do little things here and there while others like Living Green Homes go all out and start from scratch. Their project Living Green on 319 (project 319) is located in Huntington Beach, CA and has a whole slew of green features. From California native plants, to recycled glass in concrete counter tops and energy efficient heating and cooling this 3,213 square feet home includes three bedrooms, three full baths and two half baths and is not only energy efficient but is also a model that will demonstrate how homeowners can conserve energy and dollars by utilizing green building products and services.

Living Green on 319 landscape designer Reggie Durant of Back to Natives Restoration talks about the landscape and all it's green features.

If you think that having a green landscape is going to cost you an arm or a leg think again. Green designed landscapes require less water, less mowing, less maintenance and will reduce your water bill while increasing your property value.
