Some people will say that overhead (spray) irrigation is the only options since plants in the wild are not drip irrigated and like to be watered in such a way that mimics natural rainfall. This is not inaccurate. But this does not mean that plants which are not overhead irrigated won't survive. In fact if you irrigate properly based on the needs of the plants then most will do just fine. On that note in the next coming weeks I want to touch on this subject more with Wednesday blog post showing different types of irrigation materials based on several categories such as, overhead systems, drip systems, valves, controllers etc.
