Once the final drawings have been done by the designer then the fun part of getting those drawings bid and installed begins. Your designer should always meet with the contractors to thoroughly go over the drawings to make sure that the intent in understood. He/she should also come out to the job site regularly to ensure that things are flowing smoothly. This video explains the process of install supervision. Remember that your designer should never just do the drawings and then walk away. Personally in my business I like being out there on the job site and watching my creations come to life. I also like placing the plants and watching the magic unfold.
